Vineet Narang - CEO
Vineet is a recognized professional in the technology domain and now has over 14 years of business and technology experience both in the Offshore and Domestic markets. Prior to starting MobiQuest, Vineet has successfully setup another start-up Xceed IT Solutions. Xceed was started by Vineet in 2005 and is now an established player in E-learning and Virtual Assistant space largely focused on US, Canada, UK and Australian markets.
Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Vineet spent 5 years at FCS Software Solutions as Vice President (Offshore Services Group). He was instrumental in creating virtual technology teams, offshore dedicated centers and E-learning competence for global customers like Best Buy, John Deere, GE, Dominos, Canon, Mckinsey, Bristol Myers, Freedom Scientific, Merck, AIG and many others. Heading a team of more than 250 people, Vineet was responsible for business growth, customer acquisition and creating new service offerings for offshore customers. In the initial years at FCS, Vineet was posted in USA for Offshore Sales. He loved his years at FCS and fondly remembers the days spent with the teams and FCS management. During his tenure, FCS went in for IPO and is now a successful publicly listed company.
Before FCS, Vineet had stints at Financial Express, where he started his career as Executive Assistant to CEO and Editor-in-Chief. He worked on conceptualizing and creating some very innovative print products like FE1100 and Asia's top 50. Vineet also was a part of Brandquiver, India's first Advertising and marketing portal, where he worked as Business Head (IT).
Vineet is a MBA (Finance & Systems) from T.A Pai Management Institute and BSc(H) Chemistry from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
Sabina Kamal - COO
A Gold Medalist and University Topper from AMU University with a Bachelors in Fine Arts and specialization in visual communications, Sabina has spent more than 14 years in the web, E-learning and Interactive media industry for companies across the globe. In the early years of web she has some award winning websites to her credit as well. She has handled international brands like Sony, TVS, Canon, Ricoh, Dominos, Mckinsey, John Deere, Telstra in her career amongst others and is also a User Interface & Xperience Design and E-learning expert. In her previous job as Creative Director & Head of Elearning she built large offshore teams of more than 150 IT and Design / E-learning professionals, managed various 'centers of excellence' for fortune 500 companies that included large project deliveries; corporate universities, Learning Management Systems, SFA etc. Sabina is also a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor and brings to Mobiquest Process knowledge, industry experience, Operations Management bandwidth, strong Project / Team Management and Creative Excellence.
Dr KC Narang - Director
A PHD from IIT Delhi and 35 years of Industry experience, KCN brings process knowledge, financial efficiency and international exposure to Xceed. Dr KCN has worked with large international companies as a consultant to advise on R&D, Strategy and operations. He is an ISO quality Auditor and is an expert in the construction, building materials and Energy sector. He has handled large implementations of ERP and has been involved in set up EDP / MIS departments for large organizations.
Chandra Shekhar - Head Solutions
An Engineer / MBA, Chandra is a techno-commercial person with 7 years experience in the IT industry. Chandra a veteran of the Dot com era, has handled large portal development projects. A Microsoft technology expert himself, Chandra has worked on large ASP and .NET implementations for US and UK customers. He has handled over 50 member teams to work on applications like Channel Partner Automation, CRM, SFA Implementation, Learning Management Systems and more for various fortune 500 companies. He brings business analysis, project management, technology and team management expertise to Mobiquest.
Anoop Srivastava - Head Technology
A Msc. in Computer Science with 8 years experience in the IT industry, Anoop is a Java / J2EE expert. His extensive technology knowledge and experience of handling complex technology projects adds huge value to the technical team at Xceed. He has worked with large US based Software Product companies to create and manage dedicated technical teams. His hands-on expertise in coding, Project Management, technology research and implementation is key to the success of the Product Development & Research team at Mobiquest He has worked on windows level programming, has done path breaking work in building tools for the visually impaired and is an expert in web based business application development.
